Psalm 25:1-22: “Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.\u00a0O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed,\u00a0let not mine enemies triumph over me. yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed:\u00a0let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.\u00a0Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.\u00a0Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:\u00a0for thou art the God of my salvation;\u00a0on thee do I wait all the day.\u00a0Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses;\u00a0for they have been ever of old.\u00a0Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions:\u00a0according to thy mercy remember thou me\u00a0for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.\u00a0Good and upright is the LORD:\u00a0therefore will he teach sinners in the way.\u00a0The meek will he guide in judgment:\u00a0and the meek will he teach his way.\u00a0All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth\u00a0unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.\u00a0For thy name’s sake, O LORD,\u00a0pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.\u00a0What man is he that feareth the LORD?\u00a0him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.\u00a0His soul shall dwell at ease;\u00a0and his seed shall inherit the earth.\u00a0The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him;\u00a0and he will shew them his covenant.\u00a0Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD;\u00a0for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.\u00a0Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me;\u00a0for I am desolate and afflicted.\u00a0The troubles of my heart are enlarged:\u00a0O bring thou me out of my distresses.\u00a0Look upon mine affliction and my pain;\u00a0and forgive all my sins.\u00a0Consider mine enemies; for they are many;\u00a0and they hate me with cruel hatred.\u00a0O keep my soul, and deliver me:\u00a0let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.\u00a0Let integrity and uprightness preserve me;\u00a0for I wait on thee.\u00a0Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.”<\/p>\n
