1 Crown Him with many crowns, The Lamb upon His throne. Hark! How the heavenly anthem drowns, All music but its own. Awake, my soul, and sing, Of Him Who died for thee, And hail Him as thy matchless King, Through all eternity. 2 Crown Him the Son of God, Before the worlds began, And ye who tread where He hath trod, Crown Him the Son of Man; Who every grief hath known, That wrings the human breast, And takes and bears them for His own, That all in Him may rest.

1 O Jesus, King most wonderful, Thou Conqueror renowned, 
Thou sweetness most ineffable, In Whom all joys are found! 2 Abide with us, and let Thy light, Shine, Lord, on every heart; Dispel the darkness of our night; And joy to all impart.

1 Jesus, the very thought of Thee with sweetness fills the breast; but sweeter far Thy face to see, and in Thy presence rest. 2 O hope of every contrite heart, O joy of all the meek, to those who fall, how kind Thou art! How good to those who seek!
