It has actually become the backdrop for my entire teaching ministry, as it broadly outlines the basic parameters of Bible doctrine. We believe it was written by Moses, probably around the year 1490 BC, sometime after the events recorded in the book. It is a divinely inspired book, meaning God breathed out His words through Moses.
